Gartner’s 2026 Magic Quadrant reports identify execution leaders across decision intelligence, endpoint management, and data quality categories.

In the Decision Intelligence Platforms category, Decisions earned recognition as the highest-ranked Challenger for Ability to Execute. The company demonstrated strong performance across evaluation criteria, securing the #1 position in Decision Stewardship out of 17 vendors. Decisions also placed #4 in both Decision Analysis and Decision Engineering, while achieving top five rankings across all four use cases examined in the Critical Capabilities report. FICO joined Decisions in the Leaders quadrant, though specific execution metrics were not disclosed.

The Unified Endpoint Management Tools market saw Omnissa claim the Leader position with impressive results. The company achieved the highest score of 4.95 out of 5.0 in the Autonomous Endpoint Management use case. Omnissa ranked highest across all four use cases evaluated in the Critical Capabilities report, with performance attributed to its Workspace ONE UEM platform. Jamf and Adaptiva also secured Leader positions in the Endpoint Management Tools category, demonstrating strong Ability to Execute through their respective platforms.

Informatica dominated the Augmented Data Quality Solutions category, marking its 18th consecutive placement in the Leaders quadrant. The company’s CLAIRE AI engine powers automated rule generation and anomaly detection capabilities, supporting real-time data quality management. Ataccama joined Informatica as a Leader, achieving the furthest position on the Completeness of Vision axis while maintaining its fifth consecutive year in the Leaders quadrant.

These vendors demonstrate that Ability to Execute requires more than product functionality. It demands consistent customer support, reliable delivery mechanisms, and proven market performance. Organizations evaluating technology solutions should examine these execution metrics alongside vision and innovation capabilities when making procurement decisions. A strong ITSM integration strategy with documented process workflows and measurable metrics further supports successful technology adoption and continuous improvement.
